Doube Layer Compounding Machine presents outstanding performance in multiple layer laminating operations.
Main machine adopts imported dual frequency control of motor speed, make the machine's working more smoothly. Adopt the anilox roller coating glue, rubber roller transfer glue, and top opening type oven equipped with the guide roller. Unwinding coil is equipped with photoelectric correcting system and automatic tension system. Unwinding and rewinding device all adopt the double working station tilting structure, which can realize non-stop replacing coil. Adopt composite cylinder oil heating system to keep the constant temperature value.
Doube Layer Compounding Machine is particularly designed to meet generally demand of film lamination operations, for examples poster, greeting cards, bookmark, cartons, paper boxes etc. The laminator is very easy to operate and can be easily used by those with printing machine operation skills.
1. The glue coating and laminating motor adopts double variable frequency synchronous speed regulating to change the past shaft driving structure. Gluing and laminating adopt pneumatic pressing rollers and pneumatic components. Pneumatic open or close drying hood in safe design, enclosed up/down drying hoods reduce the residual impregnant at maximum and also make the web pulling conveniently.
2. Smooth material feeding and synchronous linear speed ensure stretching of the base material. Laminating roller is driven independently; close-loop tension control makes the films laminated at the same tension and the finished product is very smooth and tidy.
3.The bridge-type three-segment drying tunnel heating increases temperature and the drying system makes laminating speed even higher.
4. Rewind rotary turret with the web-pressed roller, and reel is braced with shaftless cones or pneumatic shaft.
5. The two kinds of doctor blade type and pressing-type gluing ways can be chosen at will according to different processes.
6. Unwinding and Rewinding adopts power tension control. Independent double-arm dual-working position rotary turret, and single-working position is used for the 2nd al foil unwinding. EPC system assures the unwinding web edge tidy.
7. The silver lock temperature control system can control temperature at the best state.
8. First unwinding adopt double position automatic turret with EPC system, non stop roller change.
9. Second unwinding adopt double position automatic turret with EPC system, non stop roller change.
10. Equipped with three section automatic tension control system. The design has the ideas of safety and environment protection; early-volatilized solution is discharged before going into the drying hood.
