Film Laminating Machine Features: 
Laminating machine is specially designed for roll laminating operations of flexible packaging materials such as BOPP, CPP, PET, PE, Nylon, Aluminum Foil, and a variety of multi-layer films as well as performing surface treatment. It is widely used in Foods, Medicine and Chemical Packing etc. 
The laminating machine is particularly designed to meet generally demand of film lamination operations, for examples poster, greeting cards, bookmark, cartons, paper boxes etc. The laminator is very easy to operate and can be easily used by those with printing machine operation skills. 
Main machine adopts imported dual frequency control of motor speed, make the machine's working more smoothly. Adopt the anilox roller coating glue, rubber roller transfer glue, and top opening type oven equipped with the guide roller. Unwinding coil is equipped with photoelectric correcting system and automatic tension system. Unwinding and rewinding device all adopt the double working station tilting structure, which can realize non-stop replacing coil. Adopt composite cylinder oil heating system to keep the constant temperature value. 
Synchronization of the film laminating machine and gluing machine is of a non-shaft design which fully eliminates accumulated tolerance and facilitates the movement of both semi-products and end products. 
Rewind unit

Coating unit
Gravure coating roller incorporated with reciprocating doctor blade assures extremely uniform coating thickness and surface smoothness. 
Equipped with coating pressurized rubber roller & glue tank with pneumatic ascend / descend device. 
Coating section also equipped with LCD touch screen. It is convenient for machine pre-run settings such as glue adjustment; hot melt temperature setting, doctor blade movement and gravure coating roller cleaning. 
Drying unit
Equip auto temperature controllers and waste gas exhausted disposal system
Three different options of drying: electric heating & thermal oil & air heating. 
Tension problems during the drying process are eliminated by use of the micro location offset via dancing roller control systems, which allow for foil (6 micron) to laminate with other various films. It provides the most stable tension even the material has passed through the dryer and been affected by the temperature.. 
Four zones and straight dryer provide superior drying performance when dry laminating machine running. 
Laminating unit
Equip hot oil circulating roller and water cooling roller ensure the laminating quality. 
Unwinding unit
Reel replacement is achieved by motorized turret rotating device, and the material splicing device is increasing the efficiency. 
The unwind tension is sensed by load cell and compared to the set value. The control system will increases or decreases it according to the calculated differences automatically. 
Adopted edge guider system ensures the coating position accurately. 
Lift-up & floating type unwind stand with 3" air shaft providing the most convenient operation.. 
Unwind auto stop and material exhausted stop function. 

Film Laminating Machine Advantages:
1. The glue coating and laminating motor adopts double variable frequency synchronous speed regulating to change the past shaft driving structure. Gluing and laminating adopt pneumatic pressing rollers and pneumatic components. Pneumatic open or close drying hood in safe design, enclosed up/down drying hoods reduce the residual impregnant at maximum and also make the web pulling conveniently. 
2. Smooth material feeding and synchronous linear speed ensure stretching of the base material. Laminating roller is driven independently; close-loop tension control makes the films laminated at the same tension and the finished product is very smooth and tidy. 
3.The bridge-type three-segment drying tunnel heating increases temperature and the drying system makes laminating speed even higher. 
4. Rewind rotary turret with the web-pressed roller, and reel is braced with shaftless cones or pneumatic shaft. 
5. The two kinds of doctor blade type and pressing-type gluing ways can be chosen at will according to different processes. 
6. Unwinding and Rewinding adopts power tension control. Independent double-arm dual-working position rotary turret, and single-working position is used for the 2nd al foil unwinding. EPC system assures the unwinding web edge tidy. 
7. The silver lock temperature control system can control temperature at the best state. 
8. First unwinding adopt double position automatic turret with EPC system, non stop roller change. 
9. Second unwinding adopt double position automatic turret with EPC system, non stop roller change. 
10. Equipped with three section automatic tension control system. The design has the ideas of safety and environment protection; early-volatilized solution is discharged before going into the drying hood.
