USAGE

CHARACTERISTIC
One screw machine, by one-step plasticizing, it can make the pellet one-off, which keep surface of pellet very smooth and short of pore, this kind pellet has good quality and beautiful appearance, is good for marketing, and also can be used in making plastic products immediately, such as plastic film, plastic bags, plastic injection, etc. And by one-step extruding, it's more easy for operation.
Main motor of this machine is frequency inverter control, which make sure the machine running well in any electric situation, and working for long life.
Screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAlA, inlet mouth treated with special alloy, is very strong and long life.
Easy operation, it has automatic constant temperature control and stable performance, with two layers filters, after adjusting well, 1 or 2 workers are ok to run this machine, to feed the materials and change pellet receiver, and can change the filter after a longer time(electric filter changer).
Low cost in using, after redesign, now this kind machine is more economic in electric power source and also water, in the long working life of this machine, can save many sources in energy!
