HR500x2 Fully Automatic High Speed Hot Cutting Bag Making Machine For Biodegradable plastic bag

Machine Performance : 
1. The machine uses HDPE, LDPE and biodegradable material [corn starch] , PLA, PBAT,  Ect...as raw materials to produce natural color and printed vest bags. Using computer programming control system, servo motor automatic length, from feeding, sealing, cutting, punching, conveying one-time completion.
2. Equipped with two servo motor control systems, computer control, PLC LCD display and Panasonic photoelectric eye tracking control, the operation is intuitive and convenient, and two color printing bags can be produced at the same time.
3. The main machine adopts imported frequency converter to simulate speed regulation and automatic feeding system, which makes bag making stable and sealing accurate. Automatic press folding device, conveyor belt bag function, easy to collect.
4. Swing discharge system, with the integral design of bag bottom, the bag collection is neat, and the position of clamping and punching is accurate.
5. The cutter is heated independently by current, and the temperature is controlled automatically by high precision temperature controller, which is easy to operate and accurate.
6. The whole machine adopts IC electronic circuit automatic control, socket design, easy to replace; And it has the function of no material, breaking material and blocking material.
