This machine set is composed of three single screw extruders ,and use of three-layer co-extrusion internal cooling composite die, melt pressure sensing and other high-tech.

Italian control technology, raw material ratio accuracy error ±0.05%, extrusion control accuracy error ±0.3%. Effectively control formulation cost and layer ratio functional stability.
National patented valve shearing design can effectively avoid the problems of raw material stuck, lack of material, downtime and other problems. The patented inclined mixing barrel can effectively avoid the dead angle of mixing.
The operation screen is simple and can store multiple formulas. The formula ratio can be changed within two minutes, and the product thickness and output can be changed within one minute, reducing production losses. Through real-time statistics of raw material consumption, it can effectively assist the production workshop to control raw materials.
