Basic specifications of the equipment
1. Product specification: thickness 0.03-0.12mm(single side), width 1700-2500mm (product width and thickness range are determined according to die size and raw materials);

Equipment and technical composition:
This machine set is composed of three single screw extruders ,and use of three-layer co-extrusion internal cooling composite die, melt pressure sensing and other high-tech.

 75 barrel heating: four-stage ceramic heating ring heating, stainless steel air duct cooling;

Cooling: water cooling in one zone, air cooling in zones one, two, three, four and five;
1.4 Host reducer:

2. Filter device
